SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification containing your tracking information when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We ship worldwide using reliable, fully tracked delivery networks.
• Europe & UK: 2–7 business days.
• United States: 8–12 business days.
• Other worldwide destinations: 12–21 business days.
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout on all EU and UK orders over €100.
United States shipping is $14.99 and free on orders over $149.
For other destinations, applicable shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout.
UNITED STATES — DUTIES & IMPORT CHARGES
For orders delivered to the United States, duties and import charges are prepaid by Bellorey. No additional customs payment is required on delivery.
Tracking is available from dispatch through our shipping partner. USPS handles final-mile delivery in the United States. USPS tracking may begin showing detailed movement once the parcel enters the U.S. delivery network.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES — OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Orders delivered outside the European Union, excluding United States orders covered by the prepaid import arrangement above, may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or other charges depending on the destination country.
Bellorey is not responsible for customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country for these orders. Any applicable fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. If a shipment is refused because of import charges, the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available in the courier's system.
