SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification containing your tracking information when your order has shipped. 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We ship worldwide using reliable, fully tracked courier networks.

• Europe & UK delivery: 2–7 business days.
• Worldwide delivery: 12–21 business days.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout on all EU and UK orders over €100, and all Worldwide orders over €150. For orders below these thresholds, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international orders delivered outside the European Union (e.g., the United Kingdom, United States, etc.), please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your destination country. 

Bellorey is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and other applicable fees). If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the courier's system.
